As you add more users, your pricing per user goes down! Here’s a handy pricing reference showing how per-user pricing changes as you add users.

If you are working with one of Intuit’s Local Experts, please contact your Local Expert.  Otherwise, call Intuit Sales @ 844-832-2901 and choose Option 1 to add or remove Field Service Management users. Note: to add more users, instruct the Intuit sales rep to modify your existing subscription (not create a separate subscription).

Contact Support: Before moving the QuickBooks desktop software or QuickBooks company file to a new PC, speak with our Level Two FSM Technical Support team.

Once you have successfully integrated the FSM with the QB, you should never have to re-run the first-time FSM Sync.

When you move the FSM sync correctly, you will save time and not be forced to re-run the first-time sync on your new computer. Let us help!

How do I cancel my subscription?

If IFSM isn’t working for you, please call our Support team or a Local Expert for help before you decide to cancel. Help is available to make sure that the product is configured correctly and working as designed.

Should you decide to cancel, please delete any un-needed users from your People tab. Then email IFSMbilling@Corrigo.com and Intuit will update your billing based upon your request.
