Does the Field Service Management integration use the QuickBooks Sync Manager?

Intuit has announced that the QuickBooks Sync Manager will be discontinued in March of 2016. Corrigo’s ability to integrate between QB Desktop and QB Online are completely separate from the Sync Manager.

Corrigo uses the QB SDK to integrate with QB Desktop. Corrigo uses the QBO API to integrate with QBO. Neither of these are referred to as the Sync Manager so customers using Intuit Field Service Management will not be impacted.

Does FSM work with QuickBooks hosted by Right Networks?

If you are going to use “QuickBooks Hosted by Right Networks” with your paid subscription of Intuit Field Service Management, you will need to have Right Networks install the “FSM Integration Client” for you.

Contact your Right Networks Account Services team at 603-324-0446 for pricing information.

Once Right Networks has installed the “FSM Integration Client” you will access it inside your QuickBooks Administrator login via the File/Intuit Field Service Management option.
